Portrait Session Contract

REFUNDS:Session fees are non-refundable. In the event that a session needs to be cancelled for any reason a rescheduled session will be made in agreement with both parties.

INCLIMATE WEATHER: When the weather causes either party to cancel a session, a rescheduled date will be agreed upon by both parties as soon as possible.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:Clients should arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to the start of the session so that they are dressed and ready to go at the agreed upon start time. In the event that the client is late getting started, the session will still conclude at the original agreed upon time.

STUDIO RESPONSIBILITY: J and S Photography, Inc will be available to start at the agreed time and provide all the services agreed to as outlined in the session description. All products and services include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that the client is not satisfied with products or services provided replacements will be offered or a refund will be issued.

Copyrights: J and S Photography, Inc retains the ownership of any and all photographs taken by them. The use or reproduction of any photographs without permission or release is strictly prohibited. There is absolutely NO photography or video recording allowed anywhere on J and S property without permission from J and S Photography.
